My order is not moving, what should I do?

We endeavor to dispatch all items within 1-3 business days. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some of our items are dispatched in 3-7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery time is currently estimated within 15-20 working days for Standard Shipping and 5-10 working days for Fedex Express Shipping. Delays are highly likely so we ask for your patience during this difficult time.

If the tracking has not moved for 2-3 weeks and still has not reached your country, please contact Customer Service.

If the shipment has already arrived in your country, please contact the local courier that is handling your shipment (Fedex, USPS, UBI, Australia Post etc.).
