  • You're an Australian company but why is the currency in USD?

    We chose USD as the primary currency used on our website because most of our customers are from the USA and Australia is just one of many counties that we ship to. We are currently working on converting the currency in real time via a different method which will be installed on our website ASAP.
  • My credit card got declined, what should I do?

    Please follow any of these 2 options to help you process your order: Use the paypal button and pay by credit card                                    or Call your bank to approve the charge since this is an international transaction
  • What payment options do you have?

    We only accept payments through Credit Card and Paypal. Unfortunately, we do not have Afterpay or COD.
  • How do I use my discount code or store credit?

    On our checkout page, you will find a discount code box provided so please type in the discount code or store credit. Please make sure that you type in the correct code. You may only use 1 discount code per transaction.
  • My discount code did not work, what should I do?

    If your discount code is not working, please contact our Customer Service.
